Which payment methods are accepted?

The system allows to pay directly with:

(*) includes an additional fee of 5 € + IVA for admin costs and an additioanl 3 to 5 working days for registering the payment and subsequent processing of the order

What is the delivery time for my purchased products?

Delivery times vary based on the type of product purchased: Licences and software subscriptions After confirming your order you will receive instructions via email to download and install the purchased software and instructions on how to activate your license. Within 2 working days you will receive any necessary codes to activate your license, or you license will be activated automatically, and you will receive confirmation via email. Online courses and downloadable video-courses After confirming the order you will immediately receive instructions via email to access to your personal online area where you can access to the purchased courses and/or downloadable content like video and other files. Within 2 working days your account will be enabled to view and downloaded the purchased contente and you will receive confirmation via email. Books Within 3 working days after your purchase we will send your book to the address you indicate during checkout. In case you address is incorrect you will be contacted by our staff in order to correct your shipment details. Once shipment has been initiated you will receive an email with a link and code to track your shipment directly on the courier's website. Shipment usually takes 1 working day.

Where can I find purhcase invoices?

After confirming your order you will receive immediately a confirmation email wiht a link to download your invoice in PDF format. In any moment you can also access your account on the page My Orders/Invoices to view the full list of orders made by you and download your invoices.

When will I receive my electronic invoice? ITALY ONLY 

Within 2 working days after your purcahse we will send the electronic invoice to the "Agenzia delle Entrate" which in turn (after a few days) will forward this to the service you use for managing your electronic invoices. If, for any reason, you do not receive the electronic invoice within 10 days from your purchase, we suggest to view any notifications on the portal Cassetto Fiscale of the Agenzia delle Entrate.
